Order Confirmation: Be on the lookout for a confirmation email once your order is delivered. It will include essential details for your records. Don’t forget to look in your Spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.

Custom-Made Products: As our items are uniquely made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are here to help. Open the Confirmation Email that you received at the time of Delivery. There will be a link in the email to make the process easy. Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery for a complimentary replacement or refund once it is reviewed and approved.

Customer Satisfaction: Your delight with our products is our top priority. If there’s ever a concern with a manufacturer defect or damaged order, our dedicated team will swiftly address reprint or refund requests to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
